My sellers signed their documents at different times, but congratulations to them on the successful sale of their investment property. This home spent less than 48 hours on the market and after multiple offers it sold $35k over asking & only took 34 days to close!

While things seemed to get off to a slow start in real estate, I must say I absolutely love what I do. I know it won’t always be this way, but every buyer client of mine has contracted & closed on deals secured under the list price (in THIS market) & every seller client of mine has contracted their homes over the list price. God’s favor has been amazing! I’m thankful for all of the referrals and opportunities to serve!
