April showers bring... a hot real estate market! 🔥 New opportunities, rising prices, and a slight dip in closed sales—last month's numbers are showing some interesting trends. Let’s take a closer look at what’s been happening! ➡️

Charleston’s real estate market is seeing some interesting shifts as we move through April. While national sales slowed down due to affordability challenges, Charleston saw a 15.7% increase in new listings and a 12.3% jump in pending sales. Inventory is up, and prices continue to rise with a 4% increase in the median sales price. Homes are taking a bit longer to sell, but with the months supply up 26.9%, we’re moving toward a more balanced market.
