"2022, What a year"
"Each year I reflect on the peak and the pit of that year.
Professionally, I had another great year helping some amazing families find their new home in Charleston. I would say the pit was all the pitfalls that come with new construction. I did a ton of new construction this year with literally every builder in the Lowcountry and I can tell you I’ve seen builder issues with each one. PM me if you want to know the tea on a specific one. That said, the peak would have to be all the wonderful families I’ve been able to help. Especially the military and relocation clients. Relocation has been near and dear to my heart this year, especially because the families I’ve helped who have moved from NJ, NY & CA etc. all unknowingly helped me fall in love with my city again by offering them recommendations on what I love about living in my hometown. For someone who has been here almost all her life, it’s easy to forget just how magical the Lowcountry can be. I’m also so thankful for Ashleigh Ivey helping me grow Hidden Gem Property Group , Carolina One Real Estate this year. Together we are going to crush it in 2023 to help even more buyers and sellers fall in love with the city we call home. I like to keep my page mostly personal so I’m not spamming my friends and family with houses but this year I’ve hired the wonderful Gatch Group - Social Media Marketing Services to help me spread the word on all the wonderful things we have going on so stay tuned. "
