*CLOSED* And that’s a wrap folks! I am absolutely thrilled for my clients who closed on this beautiful home in White Gables yesterday. Like Goldilocks, we tried on a few different homes….the first one needed too many repairs, lost one to an all cash offer, the next one didn’t feel quite right, but this one….this was one that checked off nearly all the boxes.
