🍂 Hello, Fall — Lowcountry Style

Fall around here has its own personality.

We may not be pulling out the heavy sweaters just yet, but the mornings start feeling a little nicer, the marsh takes on those beautiful golden tones, and there’s just enough of a breeze to make us believe cooler weather really is coming. 😉

It’s a good time to slow down a little, sit on the porch a little longer, and enjoy the changing season in a place I’ve been lucky enough to call home for most of my life. 🌿

Here’s to fall in the Lowcountry — Spanish moss, golden marshes, changing leaves, pumpkins on the porch, and hopefully a few days when we can finally turn off the air conditioning. 😂

🏡🌊 Sold in Wyboo Plantation... and This One Is Pretty Special

Some closings mean a little more because of the people behind them.

Congratulations to my wonderful clients and friends, Shirley and Dillard, on the sale of their lakefront home at 257 Ridge Lake Drive. This one marks the fifth home sale we’ve shared together, and that kind of trust and friendship means more to me than I can say. ❤️

Their beautiful Wyboo Plantation home sold for $540,000 and offered 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nearly 2,500 square feet, wonderful views of Lake Arbu, a screened porch, and a shared dock with an assigned boat slip. It was a home made for enjoying the water and everything that comes with lake life.

Building a client base is part of this business, of course. But the relationships and friendships that grow along the way? That’s the real bonus for me.
