I had the pleasure of representing the buyer at 368 Summers Drive, Summerville, SC. Congratulations to my wonderful client! For years, I hesitated to share these closings, fearing it might come across as bragging. Recently, I realized it’s about my clients and their stories and that stories like this one may provide hope and encouragement for others.
I cannot think of someone more deserving of this stunning home than Annalissa . She has endured an incredibly difficult past few years, losing her mom, husband, and sister in a short timespan. Last summer, she moved to Charleston to escape the sorrow and find solace in the Carolina sun with her two young daughters and grown son.
Charleston soothed her soul, and what started as a respite trip turned into renting a home in my neighborhood. Our community welcomed her, and she quickly made new friends. She found a real sense of belonging and decided to settle in the Summerville area permanently.
Though this home is not in our neighborhood, I know she’ll remain close to us and continue to make new friends. She has a gift for hospitality, and this home is perfect for entertaining.
