So this one feels pretty special 🥹 I’ve been meeting and working with this couple for 2 years. They’ve wanted to be in Mt. Pleasant and we were having such a hard time finding the perfect home that checked all their boxes. I decided to call an audible and take them to see some new construction in Wando (even though they’ve been against living in Wando from the get go). Well, we toured the model home and they fell in love with this waterfront community right over the bridge on hwy 41. It’s “basically” Mt Pleasant 😘

ANYWAYS! They are buying a spec home that will be complete in just a few short months and I couldn’t be happier for them. It’s so perfect & I’m so overjoyed that they trusted me to take them somewhere that was out of their comfort zone.

Hiring a realtor to buy and sell can give you a perspective you wouldn’t have had before!

6 years ago this spring, I packed up my belongings and moved to Charleston, SC. It was a leap of faith to leave everything behind and to start a new life with my soon to be husband at the time. Re-locating of course comes with its challenges and questions such as: will I make friends? Will I get homesick? How will I find the right location and home to live in? Will I be ok?

This sweet couple I connected with back in the fall decided to take that same leap of faith and leave their home of 25 years in the North East. They wanted a different speed of life, to be closer to family, to use their boat more often and of course, who can resist the amazing weather we have 9 months out of the year?!

I work with all sorts of buyers and sellers, but there really is something special about helping clients who are re-locating here…because I know how it feels! It’s joyous and nerve wrecking and bittersweet. It’s all the feels 🥹 And it’s truly an honor to walk hand in hand with clients and to help give them the confidence they need with locations, neighborhoods and more.

I hope this gives y’all a snapshot of why I do what I do. It’s not just a “job” for me. I get to be a part of people’s next adventures!! And I’d love if I got to be a part of yours. As always, I’m available for a phone call, text, brunch meet up if you want to talk about your real estate goals!
