New story on the blog. ☕️✨- It's been a while

When life disrupts your timeline, what happens in the waiting? A candid reflection on navigating real estate setbacks, grief, and the quiet internal growth that occurs between losing opportunities …

I’m learning that sometimes you can go back to the exact same place and somehow arrive somewhere completely different. 🌿✨

Same roads. Same rooms. Same little corners filled with memories… just a different version of me walking through them now.

This week has reminded me that grief is strange and sneaky and sacred all at once. That healing doesn’t always mean moving on—sometimes it means learning how to keep living while carrying the people who helped make you who you are. 🤍

I wrote about losing my parents, losing my Poppop, coming back to a familiar place that suddenly feels different, and what I think healing might actually look like.

Maybe we don’t go back. Maybe we return. 🌙

New ramble from my heart is up now. 🥀✨

What happens when you return to a place that looks exactly the same, but feels completely different? After losing my parents young and now my grandfather, I’m learning that grief changes more than our hearts—it changes the places we once called familiar. Maybe healing isn’t about going back at...

✨ New blog is LIVE. ✨

Have you ever caught yourself downplaying the very life you once prayed for?

This week, I'm writing about something I don't think we talk about enough: how grief can quietly convince us that celebrating our wins somehow means we're leaving the people we love behind. But what if healing isn't choosing between joy and loss? What if we're allowed to carry both?

If you've ever felt guilty for smiling after heartbreak, or wondered why celebrating feels harder than it should, I wrote this for you.

Everything in my life is finally going right… so why can’t I fully enjoy it? No one tells you that grief doesn’t just steal the people you love—it can quietly steal your ability t…

Nobody tells you that grief doesn't just change your heart—it quietly rearranges your friendships, too.

Some people leave. Some people surprise you. And some become family in ways you never expected.

This is a little love letter to the friends who stayed, the ones who showed up without having all the right words, and the unexpected beauty that can still grow after heartbreak.

As Winnie the Pooh said, "How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard." ❤️

If you've ever lost someone or wondered who your real people are, I wrote this one for you.

There comes a point after loss when everyone assumes you're doing better. You go back to work. You smile. You answer, "I'm okay," because it's easier than explaining what grief really feels like. But what if the hardest part isn't the funeral or the first few days? What if it comes later, when life expects you to move on, but your heart is only beginning to understand what's been lost? This is the story of what happened when survival mode finally started to wear off—and I realized I hadn't truly grieved at all

There comes a point after loss when everyone assumes you’re doing better. You go back to work. You smile. You answer, “I’m okay,” because it’s easier than explaining w…

new blog is live ✨🌙 “the art of pivoting” is up top now.

a little love letter for anyone in their in-between season… for the girls rebuilding, evolving, changing directions, and learning that becoming someone new is not failure — it’s transformation.

maybe the universe was never asking us to stay the same forever. maybe we were always meant to keep unfolding. 🕯️🦋

Pivoting in life isn’t failure — it’s growth. In a world obsessed with having it all figured out, this is your reminder that it’s okay to evolve, change directions, and become a new version of your…

My blog is live 🤍
With Mother’s Day coming up, I felt called to write something for the people who experience this day a little differently.
If it feels heavy, complicated, or somewhere in between… this is for you.
You’re not alone in what you’re feeling

Mother’s Day doesn’t feel the same for everyone. For some, it’s love and celebration. For others, it’s quieter, heavier—filled with memories, absence, and emotions that don’t quite fit the day. If …

Ever feel like life is rushing past you while you’re trying to keep up? This is your reminder to slow down. The smallest, most ordinary ten-minute moments might be the ones that actually ground you, shift you, and quietly bring you back to yourself… even when everything else feels a little uncertain. 🤍

What if the right things in your life just… made sense? Like you didn’t have to overthink, question everything, or feel confused all the time. This is about that kind of clarity—the quiet, grounded knowing. In relationships, decisions, timing. If you’ve been in your head lately, this might hit differently for you.
