The Customer Service Representative position positively impacts the customers and community we serve.

In this position, you are the voice of our brand!

You will handle 80-100 inbound customer service and leasing calls a day. You will assist customers with general inquiries about the rental process, tours, application assistance, utilities, maintenance, etc.

You will listen to understand. Exercise excellent written and verbal communication. Be curious and clever to create equitable solutions.
