We have this great location available to lease. Right next door to my store. I have been there since 1988 so you know there is traffic and customs to be had. And with the big windows facing both Lee St. and Capital St. you would have a lot of visibility from both directions. Come on down ! Won’t you be my neighbor?

Corner location 247 Capitol Street will be available to lease as of June 1st 2020. It will require a one year lease but a longer lease is preferred. Send message to Building Manager if you have any interest in this prime retail location. The Odd Fellows Building is at the center of the downtown revitalization and has on street parking and parking lots located one half block away in one direction and three quarters of a block in the other.
