For all my Greenville peeps: I know the West End has exploded (and continues to explode) since I've left the area, pricing many people out but I wanted to hear your thoughts on this new development as we're seeing similar things down here in Charleston. It's Earth Day as you know and it's impressive news to here that Charleston is the 19th largest producer of solar energy per capita in the US!

American rooftop solar power is growing at a stunning rate, a new study finds, with solar capacity increasing 19% in 2021. The U.S. now has 121.4 gigawatts of solar photovoltaic capacity, enough to power 23 million homes, up from just 0.34 gigawatts in 2008, according to the Department of Energy.
