• Forgivable after 5 years (there is a lien, but it disappears after 5 years)

🏡 Workforce Housing Plus
• Up to $15,000
• No first-time buyer requirement
• No lien — this is a true grant
👉 This one is huge for middle-income buyers who don’t qualify for traditional assistance but still need help with cash to close.
