No matter the location that you are buying or selling, we can help! What does that look like? First, we spend time interviewing agents in your desired area. Then, we send 2-3 agents that we feel confident in and would be a good match. Finally, you speak to those pre-screened agents and make your final decision. Throughout the transaction we get to stay involved and follow along to make sure things go smoothly and ensure that you are getting top notch representation. While we cannot write contracts or negotiate in areas that we are not licensed, we can still be included in email threads, calls, and are always available to discuss different items further! In the real estate world this is called a referral - and we have helped many friends/family through this process!

Q: But it’s a brand new house… why do I need a home inspection?

A: Home inspections are important for ALL homes, even brand new! Many times during construction different trades are in and out of the home simultaneously as the build progresses and communication can be missed. Homes are built by humans, and humans make mistakes. For a few hundred dollars (varies on size and features) an expert inspector will go through your entire home, inside and out, and write a detailed report highlighting items that are in need of attention. While inspections are not required, we highly recommend them!
