Charleston is getting a Four Seasons… and the hotel is honestly not the most interesting part. 👀

The real story is the 36 private residences coming with it.
For buyers who want Downtown Charleston without the maintenance, unpredictability, and upkeep of a historic home, this could be one of the most compelling new luxury options we’ve seen in a while.
