Two homes. Two pools. Two multiple-offer sales. And today, two closings less than an hour apart. 🏡🏡

104 Deming Drive and 108 Graff Lane were listed just one day apart. Their journeys to the closing table were very different, but somehow they ended on the very same day — less than an hour apart.

Both received multiple offers, and today both officially have new owners.

I’m sharing a few of my favorite images from these two beautiful Charleston homes today, but I’m also thinking about the buyers who missed out. Both properties moved quickly, and I still have buyers looking for the right home.

And a special thank you to two wonderful sets of sellers who I didn’t know before these transactions. I’m incredibly grateful they trusted me with their incredibly beautiful homes, and even more grateful for the relationships that came from it.
