Closings are the best and not for reasons you may think and this particular closing gave me all the feels…
It’s because I get to meet some pretty amazing people, like Eric here, who are just genuine, kind and you know that they deserve the best. And getting them to the closing table, to see their face, their excitement, their emotion and know that I helped them get to this moment and decision, that is what makes closings the best.
I get to know clients through the process, I get to know their family, take them through the journey of not just purchasing a home but also at times in relocating from another state and learning the Lowcountry ropes.
I get to witness new chapters come to life to people who more than deserve it.
My job is to not be just some transactional agent. My job is to be your confidant, your guide, your advocate, to earn your trust and help you start your new chapter and cheer you on every step of the way. These opportunities are gifts, and I don’t ever want to take them for granted.
So cheers to my dear friend and client, Eric, who closed on his home last month and gets to start his Lowcountry living and I could not be more thrilled for him!
