My goal is to ensure that the intent and needs of my clients are met and exceeded throughout the selling or buying process. Some of my strengths include managing multiple pathways while narrowing focus on areas of key importance and combining innovative thinking with strong financial analysis. Evan Murray is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and moved to Charleston in 2010 to attend The Citade
l, The Military College of South Carolina, and fell in love with the city. Upon graduating, he was commissioned as an Artillery Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. A few
years later, he was promoted to Captain and was stationed in the Republic of Korea as an Operations Officer in the 2nd Infantry Division. Evan reunited with his wife in Charleston after completing his Service Obligation of two years in Korea. Shortly after, Evan chose to embark on a career in real estate because he wanted to help people find their own piece of heaven here in the Lowcountry. With Sally’s 40 years of experience in the Charleston market, and Evan’s knowledge of strategic planning and financial analysis, it has been a winning combination! They joined Corcoran HM Properties in 2023. Evan is also a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and understands the needs of current and former U.S. service members, their families, and veterans.
