My bestie did the dang thing!!! She BOUGHT A HOUSE! 🤯

This one hits a little differently 🥹

When her rent skyrocketed at renewal, she decided she was done paying more and more for something she’d never own. Instead, she made the leap into homeownership 💪🏻

And the best part? Her mortgage payment is LESS than what she was paying in rent 👏🏼

So proud of her for betting on herself, investing in her future, and proving that homeownership isn’t just for “someday”. Sometimes, it’s literally for now

There were plenty of late night conversations, Zillow searches, and number crunching sessions that led to this moment & seeing her get the keys to a place that’s truly hers is so rewarding 💛

The Harbinger has officially entered its summer era and the seasonal decor is SO cute right now!! 🌱🌻

Between the flowers, cozy patio vibes, fresh pastries, and iced lattes, it’s the kind of place that turns a quick coffee run into a whole morning outing.

A few things I’m currently loving:

their house-made seasonal pastries 🍓🥐
methodical cold brew + iced lattes ☕️🪻
the green tomato caprese sandwich for lunch 🍅🥪

It’s also one of those spots that reminds me why people fall in love with Charleston in the first place — neighborhood charm, good food, local businesses, and places that feel like a community 🏘️
