I can’t rave enough about how fantastic my clients were during this transaction. We found their dream home the second house we looked at, and we were able to secure it, even though we were in a multi offerer situation.

And the best thing about this deal was that they didn’t think that they were in a position to be able to purchase when we looked at the house because they had another property to sell first. But my expertise and knowledge of the industry and my lender connections allowed them to buy this home before having to sell their other property, ensuring that they got to snag their forever home the minute they found it.
