WV Commercial LLC is searching for an office manager/bookkeeper for our downtown Charleston real estate brokerage.

This person will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, bookkeeping, and administrative support for a busy commercial real estate office.

Position includes managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, payroll, assisting with property management and brokerage, coordinating vendors and tenants, organizing office systems, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Experience with QuickBooks is required and experience with Yardi is preferred.

You must be organized, professional, able to work independently, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Main Street Fairmont — you are always recognizing others for their work in the community — but I think you deserve the recognition.

Most people don’t see the amount of work it takes to coordinate efforts like Hometown Holiday or that the people behind it are doing it on top of their regular jobs and family life.

Downtown works best when everyone’s involved — and you’re the ones who make that happen.
