Charleston real estate is still moving, but every area is telling a different story 👀
✨ Sullivan’s Island topped luxury pricing at $4.25M
🌊 Isle of Palms stayed strong at $2.1M+
🏠 James Island and West Ashley moved quickly with some of the lowest days on market
📍 Mount Pleasant (South of the Connector) led in closings this month
🌿 Johns Island continues to be one of the areas I’m watching most closely as inventory and demand continue to shift
