Officially SOLD! 🏡✨️

Mannnn...to say this was a journey would be an understatement. We faced our fair share of hurdles with not 1 or 2 or 3, but 4 pushed back closings. 4 separate times we thought we were closing, only to have the the rug pulled out from under us. Hating that I had to be the bearer of bad news every single time broke my heart, but I never gave up. I stayed right there behind my client, walking with them through every single step of this difficult process, but I told my client a delay is NEVER a denial.

Things got so stressful that we almost reached the breaking point. At one point, my client was completely exhausted and ready to throw in the towel, start over, and switch lenders entirely just to escape the chaos.

Instead of us getting discouraged and giving up, we locked arms, leaned on faith, and pushed foward. It reminded me of the Bible verse: " And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart." (Galatians 6:9) 🙏🏾

Boyyyy was he weary, but he didn't lose heart and today his "due season" finally arrived. Not only did we make it to the closing table today, but he also starts his exciting new career journey at Boeing✈️ tomorrow! Talk about a major week of blessings!

Watching him FINALLY receive those keys today made me absolutely love what I do. Being apart of this victory reminds me of why I became a realtor. The smile on his face was PRICELESS!!

Good Morning...Happy Wednesday!!

So, I did a house tour yesterday at Carolina Groves in Moncks Corner. This particular home is called the "Darby" model.

This builder is offering through June 3.99% interest rates on some of the homes with a 1% buy down and help with closing cost up to $8500. What a deal!!
