Preventative Maintenance is happening at Parker Point this upcoming week 🛠️ ✨

Our Annual Dryer Duct Cleaning will take place next week - September 28th - October 1st.
Our guys will be entering all apartments with the contractor to facilitate this service.
The scope of the work intel’s preventative maintenance on your HVAC units (Filter change, drain cleaning, and assessment for further needs).

Service will be conducted in the following order:

• Buildings 1000 + 2000 (Mon. Sept. 28th)
• Buildings 3000 + 4000 (Tues. Sept. 29th)
• Buildings 5000 + 6000 (Wed. Sept. 30th)
•Buildings 7000 + 8000 (Thurs. Oct. 1st)

Entry is required, so please ensure all fur babies are out away on your scheduled day.
