8–14 days: Still active, but buyers are watching. If offers haven't come in, they're starting to wonder why.

15-21 days: The questions start. Is something wrong with it? Was it overpriced? Did a deal fall through?The home is the same. The perception isn't.

22-45 days: Showings slow. Buyers who passed aren't coming back without a reason to. Buyers start looking for leverage.

45+ days: Now it's a negotiation on the buyer's terms. Lower offers. More contingencies. Less urgency.
