Only way to find issues like this when having a home built is to get a pre-drywall inspection. 😊🧐

Engineered I-Joists have strict rules where holes can be cut and how big the holes can be. These are not correct according to manufacturers specs. In just 1 week all these would be covered by drywall. Get a home inspection!!
