Unfortunately ALLLLLLLL of these type of issues are VERY common on new construction these days. 🤦🏻‍♂️The homes simply get constructed too quickly with no attention to detail. 🏠 🚫

That's why a third party inspection by someone working for YOU is vital!

You'd be surprised how often I find this issue. Of course, finding this issue during the pre-drywall phase makes it 10 times easier to correct however, not everybody gets a pre-drywall inspection, which is unfortunate. At the final phase of construction this repair is much more tedious. The builder will now have to cut the drywall around the panel, reseat the panel and then re-drywall. And to those of you that think the builder won't do it, believe me I have reinspected this issue many times and the builder has made the necessary corrections. Much more easier to do it right the first time!!!!

It is AMAZING how many loose wires I find in electrical panels!!! What's even more surprising is when I find them on the closing inspection AND they are STILL loose at the 11 month warranty inspection!!! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

YEA YEA YEA....most of these issues are simple fixes. I get it. That's not the point. Wrong is wrong and needs to be fixed. Would you find these items acceptable on your new home? If you answered yes....you're lying.
Gotta love new construction....WRONG!!!

SOOOO many different people get there eyes on the home during the course of the build.... HOW DOES TRUSS DAMAGE LIKE THIS GO UNNOTICED??!!??!!??
🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ For those that think, the builder probably already knew about it, well you'd be wrong. I mentioned it to her and pointed it out directly. Her response "oh yea, sure is broken. We will get that taken care of" 🤦🏻‍♂️ GET YOUR HOME INSPECTED!!! Sound like a broken record.

Like why?? How does this happen on new construction???? Who is doing this work? How many other homes has this person worked in that WASN'T inspected???? Good lord. ....I'm done for the week. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
