Tess grew up and attended college in Minneapolis, MN. She received her BA in Communications with a focus in Marketing and then went on to obtained her Associates degree in Interior Design. After graduating with honors from design school she moved to Las Vegas where she worked at an Architectural firm mainly doing commercial design including many hotels, restaurants and healthcare facilities. She also began to work in real estate - flipping homes on the side in the hot Las Vegas market. She soon realized that residential design and real estate was her true passion and that she had a gift for getting homes sold through home staging, remodeling, and innovative marketing.
In 2018 she took a leap of faith and moved to Charleston after falling in love with the cities beautiful architecture and beaches as well as its wonderful Southern Charm. Becoming a licensed realtor in Charleston was a dream come true for her as she was finally able to combine her two favorite things real estate and interior design. Tess truly loves helping her clients reach their real estate goals in the buying and selling process. She strives to follow the golden rule in treating each client the way she would want to be treated throughout the real estate process.
