As the year came to a close, I took time to reflect on a market that challenged all of us—clients and agents alike. It was one of the most demanding real estate environments in recent years, filled with unexpected twists, tough decisions, and valuable lessons that ultimately strengthened my perspective and sharpened my commitment to my clients.

I’m grateful to share that I finished the year with a personal best—ranking #4 as a solo agent with eXp Realty in South Carolina, closing over $22 million in sales, and placing #166 nationwide out of more than 90,000 agents. While I’m thankful for these milestones, what matters most to me has always been the trust my clients place in me and advocating for their best interests every step of the way.

Every transaction represents a real season of life—first homes, growing families, downsizing, new beginnings, and major transitions. I approach this work with care, intention, and gratitude, knowing how meaningful these moments are for the people I serve.
