You’ll inspect our short and long term properties across Charleston, handle hands-on repairs, coordinate vendors, and keep every turnover guest-ready.

What we’re looking for:
- Mechanically inclined — HVAC basics, carpentry, drywall + paint
- Comfortable towing a dump trailer
- Sharp eye for detail, strong communicator
- Tech-comfortable (Google Suite + booking platforms)
