I am so bad at posting on this page (follow me on Instagram!!) but had to jump on and share this. Such an honor to get this message from Charleston Real Producers ! We have, I think, about 8000 agents in our MLS so this is so exciting! Closed! This adorable, beautifully renovated house officially sold today and I couldn’t be happier for my buyer client. Lots of wonderful memories to come in this sweet home! Also have to give a little IG shout out to the listing agent and sellers who were incredibly wonderful to work with. 👏👏

Closed! My investor client realized there’s no better time to offload some property than in the current market and they were rewarded with a full price offer right out of the gate. So glad the new buyer will get to enjoy this beautiful waterfront community and happy for my seller to have some cash to put towards a new investment! 🥳

Happy happy closing day to the most deserving and sweet family! Sometimes the journey to the closing table has some bumps in the road that just can’t be controlled but these two trusted in the process and took everything in stride. I’m so happy I can finally hand over the keys to their new home. BIG shoutout to Wes Sellew - Renasant Mortgage Lending for being my knight in shining lender armor and saving this transaction a week before closing after the first lender went M.I.A. on us. And QuickInsured for always getting my clients great insurance rates and even better customer service. Dream team. 🥂

The last two weeks have been so busy both personally and professionally; I feel like I have been living in my car between carting my kids around and showing property BUT! It’s been productive and I’m so thankful for that. I’ve put two great properties under contract for buyer clients and worked out a great contract for my seller client. There is still a solid month and a half to buy or sell before the year ends, just sayin’! 😏

Happy Monday! My weekend was spent showing property everywhere from Johns Island to Hanahan and then working on my guest bathroom in the spare moments in between. I like to do this thing where every time my husband travels for work I change something in the house. He really loves it. 😂 Anyways, this was my inspiration photo and I’m pleased to say the bathroom has turned out as close to this as possible with my limited capabilities and I really didn’t screw anything up! Once it’s all done maybe I’ll share a photo with y’all so you can be proud with me 😄
