Today serves as a reminder not only of what was lost, but also of the extraordinary courage shown in the years that followed.

Many of the Veterans who partner with Homes For Our Troops made the decision to serve after witnessing the events of 9/11. Their dedication to protecting our freedoms came at great personal sacrifice. Today, we honor their service and remember the importance of something they fought to protect: home.

As we reflect on Patriot Day, we're grateful to work alongside Homes For Our Troops in helping injured Veterans receive specially adapted homes where they can build new memories, find comfort, and thrive.
