The first step is the hardest in the home buying process, but unless you have cash, it is necessary. Getting a pre-approval lets the seller know you can buy and they get that money at closing. I can recommend lenders who are easy to work with and help you.

Before you even start looking at homes, there’s something you should do first – and that’s get pre-approved for your mortgage.
