From acquisition and redevelopment to full occupancy, 103 Ardis St. is a great example of CC&T's full-service, hands-on approach to commercial real estate.

Two years ago, CC&T Principals Bradley Baker and Joseph Tecklenburg acquired the 15,818-square-foot Summerville industrial property, serving as developers, owners and brokers throughout its transformation.

Following extensive renovations and repositioning, 103 Ardis is now 100% leased to tenants DEW HVAC School, Empire Auto and Ion Solar.

Spanning 175 acres along the Cooper River, Laurel Island represents one of 's most significant master-planned redevelopment opportunities.

Envisioned as a walkable extension of the city's urban core, with residential neighborhoods, public green space, hospitality and commercial acreage, CC&T led early-stage strategy and entitlement planning for the multi-phase, mixed-use community.

Through guiding partnerships and shaping the infrastructure approach, Laurel Island reflects the scale and complexity of our development and consulting work at CC&T.

CC&T’s Brokerage Services Division has reclaimed Charleston’s No. 1 spot in commercial real estate buyers’ brokerage, based on sales from the past five years.

At CC&T, we strive to add value at every step of a client’s acquisition. By sharing the knowledge we have as both owners and advisers, we believe we can execute better than our competition and solve problems for our clients. Many times, this means identifying off-market projects and buildings that fit our clients’ investment or user-based requirements.

That approach has been at the core of CC&T since we were founded locally in 1993. What began as a small brokerage has grown into a full-service real estate firm supporting development and investment across the region, guided by the same consistent communication and direct involvement that defined our early years.

Our principals remain directly engaged in every phase, bringing the consistency, care and accountability that have earned lasting partnerships for more than three decades.

Many thanks to Lubert-Adler, Citimark, NCP Capital, Obelisk Real Estate Partners, Highland Resources and others for trusting CC&T to deliver results.
