🦴 Some guests come to Charleston for history… others come to discover it.

One of our current guests is in town working with the College of Charleston’s paleontology program, helping uncover and study incredible marine fossils like these ancient dolphin remains. It’s a fascinating reminder that Charleston’s story stretches back millions of years.

One of our favorite parts of what we do is welcoming people from all walks of life—researchers, artists, students, medical professionals, families, history lovers, and travelers from around the world. Every stay has a story, and we’re honored to play a small part in each one.
