WV homeowners, this is worth knowing 👀

I spent some time at the WV State Capitol today sitting in on the Joint Standing Committee on Technology & Infrastructure and learned about the Residential Septic Loan Program.

Eligible WV homeowners may be able to borrow up to $10,000 at 2% interest for up to 10 years to repair or replace a septic system OR connect to available public sewer.

And no, you don’t have to live in a rural area to qualify!

Right place, right time! Manifestation station, baby.

Perri and I met at a yard sale outside my fiancé’s childhood home which we are purchasing and renovating to be a new start for a new family in Kanawha City (now accepting applications btw!).

After hearing her story for 5 minutes I knew I had to help her. Losing her mom as an only child was daunting. One phone call sealed the deal. She was able to grab what she wanted, leave what she didn’t, say goodbye to the house, lock the front door and walk away with money in hand for her next chapter.

Not every deal is this smooth, but I am blessed to have a lot of eager investors who trust me to connect them to the right opportunities to build their business while simultaneously serving the community!
