🏡 June Markets stats are in! 🏡

📈 New Listings were up 2.6% to 2,554, Pending Sales decreased 8.7% to 1,897, and Inventory grew 11.8% to 2,305 units.

📈 Prices moved higher as Median Sales Price was up 18.3% to $420,000, Days on Market decreased 12.5% to 14 days, and Months Supply of Inventory was up 20.0% to 1.2 months, indicating that supply increased relative to demand.

“As existing home sales continue to soften nationwide, housing supply is slowly improving, with inventory up for the second straight month. In time, price growth is expected to moderate as supply grows; for now, however, inventory remains low, and buyers are feeling the squeeze of higher prices all around.” (source: CTAR)

📉 Market stats through the end of July are in and once again closed sales and demand are UP ⬆️ and inventory (and mortgage rates) are DOWN ⬇️. High buyer activity is expected to continue into the late summer and early fall.
