Charleston is trying to make it easier to find affordable housing units. The city is also assessing deregulating the process to build Accessory Dwelling Units to provide more affordable housing in the region.

I'm excited for our progress on this Summerville flip! We re-poured the concrete slab and now are fully framed out. Next week will start all of the mechanicals. The lucky homeowner who purchases this will have an almost completely brand new house!
