A few things you’ll never catch me doing as your Charleston realtor. 🛑
This industry has a reputation for a reason.
Too many agents are playing a numbers game — close the deal, collect the commission, disappear. I’ve watched it happen, and it’s never been something I could respect, let alone replicate.
Here’s what I actually believe:
You’re not just buying square footage. You’re choosing how you want to wake up every morning — the neighborhood, the lifestyle, the community that fits the life you’re building here.
That deserves honesty over hype. Strategy over pressure. And someone who’s still answering your texts six months after closing.
If you’re relocating to Charleston or ready to make a move, you deserve an agent who treats your investment like it matters — because it does.
