WTSQ is an independent community radio station that depends on community support to operate. We are so happy that the Cups & Cat Cafe is now open at 187 Summers Street in the Peoples Building. Visit them to relax with a cup of your favorite coffee and linger for a while to play with the cats and kittens. If you fall in love with a particular kitten during your visit, you can even adopt him or her and give them a furever home. This place is the Cat’s Meow!

Looking for something to do?
Why not try the Downtown Art & Architecture Tour running weekends from August 16 - 31. Stroll the brick sidewalks with a local guide and learn about the history, public art and architecture of downtown. You might even learn something about the Peoples Building.
Tours range between 60-90 minutes - depends on the interest level of the group.

Can’t Wait!

⚡️BIG ANNOUNCEMENT TIME⚡️

So as you all know, we’re moving to a new location in downtown Charleston at 191 Summers St. It’s been a ton of hard work and long hours renovating the new spot, and we’re alllmost ready to open the doors.

May 25th is a special day for us, as it is our 5 year anniversary, and we decided this would make the perfect day for a grand opening! We’re gonna be opening the doors at noon with some refreshments and special giveaways planned throughout the day, and we’re gonna have live music on the new Folklore Stage from 2 to 5 with some incredible musicians!

We are planning to close the current shop on Quarrier starting on Tuesday, May 21st so we can move a whole lotta gear across town, and in the meantime we’re gonna be having a moving sale on certain items so there’s less to carry! So come check that out!

This is a really exciting move for us, and we can’t wait to be a part of Summers St with all of our new incredible neighbors, and we really hope you can make it down on May 25th!

So tell your friends and come welcome the new shop with us!
