Yesterday, I had the privilege of closing on this charming, one-owner home in Walterboro.
The seller's daughter chose me, among many Realtors, to help sell the home where her mom raised her family—a home she had lovingly owned since the early 1970s. It was truly bittersweet. Saying goodbye to a place filled with decades of memories is never easy.
I want to give this wonderful family so much credit. They put in an incredible amount of work preparing the home—decluttering, staging, and tackling the emotional task of sorting through a lifetime of cherished memories. Their hard work paid off!
