I’m excited to share that I was recently featured in Bold Journey Magazine! 

I had the opportunity to share a little more about my journey, how I’ve built my confidence, the lessons that have shaped me as a Realtor, and why caring about the person - not just the transaction - is so important to me.

We also talked about some of the challenges that come with being a Realtor, learning to slow down when things feel overwhelming, and the importance of continuing to learn and grow.

I’m always grateful for opportunities to share the story behind my business and, hopefully, encourage someone else along the way.

This one was worth the wait. 🏡

When the first condo we had under contract didn't work out, it was disappointing. But we didn't give up.

We kept looking, toured a lot of homes, talked through the pros and cons, and waited until we found the one that truly felt right.

And now… SHE'S A HOMEOWNER! 🎉

Congratulations to my wonderful client on the purchase of her new condo in West Ashley!

I'm so grateful she trusted me through all the twists, turns, and waiting that came with this search. Sometimes the first house isn't your house, and sometimes finding the right one takes a little longer than you hoped.

But when you finally get the keys to the one that feels right, it makes it all worth it.

September is here, and Charleston is starting to feel a little bit like fall.

The summer heat begins to ease, the calendar fills up with festivals and markets, and there's that familiar feeling of wanting to get out and enjoy everything the Lowcountry has to offer.

From live music and sporting events to farmers markets, food festivals, arts events, and a few Charleston favorites returning for the season, there's still plenty happening around town.

Selling in a buyer's market takes more than putting a home on the MLS and hoping for the best. It takes strategy, preparation, marketing, and knowing when to adjust.

I'm so grateful my sellers trusted me through the process, and even more excited that we were able to get them to the finish line and onto their next investment.
