Thank you Katie - This review came in before we left the neighborhood! Here is your reminder to not skip the 1 year (11 month) warranty inspection AND not to skip your pre-purchase inspection. Many issues found at the 1 year mark can easily be avoided and found on the front end.

I wasn’t expecting this on a brand-new construction home…

While inspecting a bathroom, I heard what sounded like a shower running in the next room.

I walked out to find a trim contractor drenched and water shooting out of the wall.

I shut off the main water as fast as I could, but the damage had already been done.

This is why new construction inspections are so valuable. Even new homes can have major issues before closing. 👀💧
