Happy new home to my dear client! We saw this home in the surprise early December snowstorm ❄️❄️, wrote the offer that day, and closed this week…still snowy & icy…but definitely the warmth and happiness of a new home 🏡 and new beginnings for my client! With one floor living, a sunroom to enjoy the views all year, and in the same neighborhood - it was a perfect match!
