✨ Home Buyer Grant Programs-Expected in February ✨
If buying a home is one of your goals this year, this is something you’ll want to know 👀
Several South Carolina homebuyer assistance programs are expected to open in February. These programs are typically first come, first served, so getting prepared early really matters.
🏡 First-Time Homebuyer Assistance
👷♀️ Workforce Housing Programs
🚓 Community Partner Programs (teachers, first responders, military, healthcare, and more)
💰 What these programs typically offer:
• Up to $15,000–$20,000 toward down payment and/or closing costs
• Some programs don’t require first-time buyer status
• $1,000 minimum buyer contribution
• Homebuyer education required
• Income limits apply
• Primary residence only
⭐ Helpful tip: Non-occupying co-borrowers are allowed. A parent or family member can help you qualify, and their income does not count toward program income limits.
📅 I’ll be sharing updates as more details are released. In the meantime, the best way to be ready is to connect with a lender and complete your pre-approval.
