Beach Home Watch is now completing our 7th season servicing RI's South County region.
The weather made this season more difficult than prior years, but even with that we met all our obligations. Thanks to our customers for their loyalty to our company. We appreciate the trust and confidence they have placed in us to watch over their home.

Obviously it's been a tough Winter. The plumbers and snow plow drivers are working overtime. Please double check your water pipes for complete insulation. Lots of damage can occur if unprotected. Another cold weekend predicted, maybe warming after that ????

We have just completed another Beach Home Watch season, our 5th and most successful. All of our customers have now returned to find their homes well looked after. Although the weather was trying at times, significant issues were avoided.

We will be back again this Fall for our 2024-25 season.

Thanks to the South County community as we enter our 5th year in business.
Given the recent cold snap; - 5 ° F and then the sudden 60° F warm up, this area experienced many homes water damaged from frozen pipes.
The lesson is: if you leave your home vacant, please have someone watching it!
