Just a friendly reminder…We do not determine when flood evacuation is required, the Master Agreement with FEMA does. River’s Edge MUST evacuate once the river level reaches 25’ and it is predicted to hit 28’ or more. Bushman’s is a higher elevation (except for the circle lots) so I think it must reach 28’ with a prediction of 30’ or more to require evacuation.

Just a friendly reminder…We do not determine when flood evacuation is required, the Master Agreement with FEMA does. River’s Edge MUST evacuate once the river level reaches 25’ and it is predicted to hit 28’ or more. Bushman’s is a higher elevation (most of it) so I think it must reach 28’ with a prediction of 30’ or more to require evacuation. (Correct me if I’m wrong, it’s been a while since I had a place to worry about at Bushman’s)
