Good Afternoon Wharf Owners,
As I mentioned in the news letter last week the front doors have new locks. You should all have a key in your unit. However, there is a lock box on the railing in front of the west glass doors with a key. There are a few units that do not have a key and they are in the lock box with their unit number on the key. The lock box CODE is ###X. The upper doors and side door should be locked at all times for safety of our property. The Charlevoix postal service has been informed so that our mail is not interrupted.
The new Maintenance Service Company Charlevoix Maintenance will be on site MWF. Monday is the day dedicated to longer projects and deep pool cleaning along with pool deck, and pool bathroom. If you need maintenance please contact our maintenance liaison team first before going to Charlevoix Maintenance. If you are working with your own contractor or handyman please inform one of your Board members with a text or email so we know who is coming and going.
