Good morning and Happy Holdiays! As most everyone is aware, we’ve seen some major snow over the last 24 hours. We discourage any travel and ask for patience with our team as we attempt snow removal. Our tech is snowed in at his house and will do his best. We thank you for your patience and hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday. We will be back in the office on Tuesday, December 27 at 9:00.

Maximum annual income for 2 people is $38,640, 3 people $43,440, and 4 people $48,240. Residents are responsible for electric -- property pays gas, trash, water, sewer, and snow removal. Back to School is less than two weeks away! Safe Haven Ministries at Community Reformed Church is doing a School Supply Distribution on Wednesday, August 24 from 3:30-5:30pm. Distribution is limited to those in the Charlevoix School District.
