I don't know what's going on in this real estate market right now but things are about to blow wide open. We are going to have a massive downfall within the next year or so and I'm looking forward to it! Real estate needs to get back to normal in our area. All you out of state peeps that are paying cash over and above the listed prices are in for a big surprise when your home you bought for over asking price is worth 3 times less than what you paid! It's going to happen and you're going to be sorry!
