I’ve been making this pumpkin cheesecake for years and it’s always a hit, even among the pumpkin haters 😆

Admittedly, I can’t take the credit as this is Paula Deen’s recipe.

I use store bought crust cus ain’t nobody have time for that although I’m sure homemade is better 😄

The biggest misconception I hear about buying right now is that it’s smart to wait for interest rates to come down.

Hi Friends 👋

Currently experiencing winter withdrawals after remembering pollen, ants, bees and sweat.

The average sales price in January 2022 increased over $20,000.00 compared to January 2021 😳💵

In addition to increased sales prices, mortgage rates are also rising.

What does that mean for buyers? It means that fewer people can afford to borrow and it lowers the amount of credit available to fund purchases. Another reason to get pre-approved before starting your home search!

What about sellers? Charlotte ranks #5 out of 10 for hottest housing markets of 2022. We are still in a sellers market with more buyers than inventory. Low inventory will keep the sale-to-list price steady and DOM down.
