Happy Birthday to our first born, Sandra Susan. She would’ve been 25 years old today … which is weird because I’m only 35. Anyway, Heather made me this framed picture of her along with the lyrics to Phil Collins’ “You’ll Be In My Heart” and I keep it in my room. I look at it every day and think about her. She will always be a blessing and never be forgotten. 😇

Welp, Shade has officially committed to Southampton University! We are so proud of him and excited for his next chapter in the UK. Also thankful that he will be close by family. Growing up, when we visited his aunt, uncle, and cousins in London, he always said he was going to move there one day (and “become British” 😂). I made it very clear he was not allowed to live somewhere so far away from me … So now I’m looking for an apartment in Southampton 😜. I think Shade would LOVE that.

After four months traveling the world on her own 😮, Kyle was back at Vanderbilt last weekend to walk in the graduation ceremony. What an accomplishment to graduate cm laude with a double major (Computer Science and Math) AND double minor in three and a half years! This time at Vandy have been the happiest I’ve seen her and I love that most of all ❤️. Congratulations to my sweet Sunshine!

Still working on the Realtors Care Day project! This guy (Don Newell, David Hoffman Realty) is one of the hardest working people I know. We both spent last Wednesday out there prepping the house for Friday, then he went back on Thursday for several more hours. Then yesterday I was out there for over five hours and he was there before me! Tomorrow should be the last day - we want it to be perfect for our incredible homeowners who have done so much for Charlotte and the Greenville neighborhood!

Realtors Care Day! I can’t remember a time where I was so physically drained while also feeling spiritually filled at the end of the day. This group of volunteers were the hardest working people- started at 7:30 and ended well after 5. Everyone was so dedicated to doing the best job we could for our homeowners, the Sadlers. This couple has been the heart and lifeblood of the Greenville community in Charlotte for the last 50+ years. There are more photos to come along with before & after and more information about Pop and Marie Sadler. What a blessing to spend the day with so many quality people!! ❤️
